This exquisite and unique Hand of God necklace, is 18K Gold Vermeil (Solid Sterling Silver  covered with 18K Gold).  

It is covered in Micro-Pavé set Ruby and Clear CZs.  In the center is a beautiful Sapphire CZ surrounded by smaller Emerald CZs.  The jump ring is also covered with CZs for even more brilliance. 

Can be worn in three different sizes for layering.  (15.5" or 16.5" or 17.25")
